Areas We Serve

Bormann Brothers works out of Farmington, and we keep our service area tight on purpose. Everywhere below is inside a 20 minute drive. That means when you call about a leak, we can be on your roof the same week instead of three weeks out. It also means we know these neighborhoods, the housing stock, and which storms actually came through, because we were working here when they did.

Steve and Nick have been doing this since 1997. Same crew on every job, no subcontractors.

Farmington, MN

Farmington is home. Our office is here, our crews start here, and a good share of our work comes from neighbors who saw us on someone else’s roof. We handle everything from a single leak to a full tear-off, plus siding, seamless gutters, and skylights.

Storm damage is the big one here. Dakota County catches hail most summers, and we handle the insurance claim start to finish. See our roof replacement and storm damage roof repair pages for details.

Lakeville, MN

Lakeville is ten minutes up I-35 from our shop. A lot of the town went up in the 1990s and 2000s, which means a lot of roofs are hitting the end of their life at the same time right now. We work all over, from the older streets near downtown and Holyoke Avenue to the newer developments off Dodd Boulevard and Cedar Avenue.

Two pages with more detail:

Apple Valley, MN

We’ve put roofs on homes throughout Apple Valley, from the established neighborhoods near Cedar Avenue to the newer builds on the south end. Most of what we do here is hail and wind claims, followed by full replacements once the adjuster signs off.

Rosemount, MN

Rosemount sits right next to Farmington, so it’s about as close as it gets for us. We do roof repair, full replacements, siding, and gutters here, and we’re close enough to swing by for a free inspection without making it a whole scheduling ordeal.

Eagan, MN

Eagan homes take the same beating as the rest of Dakota County: summer hail, fall wind, and freeze-thaw all winter. We install GAF shingle systems built for it, including Class 4 impact-resistant options that hold up better to hail and can lower your insurance premium.
