We couldn’t have had a better experience..! Bormann Brothers quoted us the lowest of the 3 estimates we received. There was consistent and reliable communication and the team arrived early and prepared. They completed the job in a little over 6 hours, and they honestly left my house in better condition than they found it. Before leaving, they arranged our deck furniture and it looked nicer than we had it originally ..! We are thrilled that we used Bormann Brothers.

We needed a roof and were extremely pleased with the Bormann Brothers. They were competitively priced and completed the work on schedule and on budget. We went with the Cedar Falls shingles and are very pleased with the final result. We'll definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Thank you for all your help getting a new roof on our home and the repairs! My husband Paul contacted Steve and he responded quickly and was available for all our questions. We had a new roof on our home in a week. I would give ten stars or more! The workers were polite and one would never know they were here. Professional all around. I had some storm chasers come by claiming there was hail damage to my roof back in March. I wasn’t home during that time and didn’t recall any major storms being mentioned. Still, I allowed them to inspect and they showed me photos, but something didn’t sit right. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of filing an insurance claim just to have it denied.

That’s when I reached out to Steve from Bormann Brothers Contracting—a company my neighbor had a great experience with years ago. Steve was incredibly professional. He came out promptly, inspected the roof thoroughly, and even ran a hail report. His assessment was honest and straightforward: no need to file a claim. The only damage he found was to the original skylights and a few minor dings on the downspout extensions—not nearly enough to justify a claim. He also told me the roof has about 10 years of life left in it, which was reassuring.

What impressed me most was Steve’s integrity. He wasn’t trying to sell me on something I didn’t need. He even offered guidance on how to handle a small siding issue I had, including a cost-saving tip to buy and paint the siding myself before his crew installs it.

In a world where too many contractors pressure homeowners, Bormann Brothers stands out as a company you can truly trust. I highly recommend them for their honesty, professionalism, and clear communication.
